DESCRIPTION:Save the Date: Canine Sports Medicine and Rehab Seminar \nDate: March 8\, 2026\nTime: 10pm-2pm\nWhere: Phippsburg Sportsman’s Association\nCost: This will be a fundraiser for our Women’s Apprentice Hunter Program \nThe Yankee Chapter invites you to join us for an informative and engaging presentation on Canine Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation\, featuring Dr. Kelly McMullin and Dr. Meghan Sullivan\, Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care. \n\nDr. McMullin completed her residency in sports medicine and rehabilitation at Cornell University and is certified in acupuncture and chiropractic care.\nDr. Sullivan is a board-certified surgeon\, completed her residency at the University of Illinois\,  and has a special interest in orthopedics and laparoscopic surgery.\n\nBoth doctors have a strong passion for working dogs and their handlers. \nTopics will include:\nCommon hunting dog injuries\nInjury treatment and prevention\nCruciate ligament injuries\nShoulder injuries\nTendon issues \nThis is a great opportunities for handlers\, trainers\, and sporting dog enthusiasts to learn how to keep their dogs healthy\, strong and field-ready.
