Yankee Chapter Fall Test

Seventeen dogs and 17 handlers put their training to the test September 11-13th. Each day was filled with excitement, drama, and some terrific dog work. Ted Wentink, our “away” judge, served as Senior Judge all three days, leading the judging teams with insight, humor, and a passion for lobster.

Pacing the days was a challenge with high tide mid to late afternoon. Two out of three days gave us beautiful weather to enjoy during the down time, and plenty of Yankee members showed up to support the testing handlers.

Once again, kudos to the many volunteers who set up and ran a smooth weekend and to Yankee’s Test Secretary Nick Racioppi and Director of Testing Tyler Bruce for their hard work.
