President’s Report – Patti Carter

President’s Message

Greetings Yankee Chapter members,

Seems like I start most of my President’s Greetings with a weather report….. wet, dry, hot, frozen, sunny, white, muddy.

Maine’s weather is forever changing. The old adage, “If you want to know the weather, look out the window!” Falling leaves and bombarding acorns means only one thing, Hunting Season is here!

It’s been a great year for our Yankee Chapter. I’ve met many new folks and so many new puppies this year. It’s very exciting. Our clinics and tests filled with members setting new goals for themselves and their dogs.

Most important of all, we’ve made new friends and got to spend time with each other, enjoying our versatile hunting dogs. Thank you so very much to the Yankee Chapter dedicated leadership and volunteers that are always contributing behind the scenes.

Please be safe this fall. I look forward to your stories and pictures of each amazing adventure!

Time to pack!

PS: Sorry, I just have to brag ….my little Tica became a PZ1 UT dog on Sunday.

Proud Momma,
Patti
