Yankee Chapter Women’s Apprentice Hunter Program to Return in 2026

Based on our successful inaugural Women’s Apprentice Hunting Program in 2025, the Yankee Chapter of NAVHDA is bringing the program back again for 2026. The program’s mission is to inspire a love of hunting with versatile hunting dogs while empowering and educating women to build skills and confidence.

Through training, hunting and caring for versatile hunting dogs, we promote respect for conservation; foster hunter ethics, safety and responsibility; and enhance the field-to-table experience.
